“Fashion & Luxury Law & Business” by Tailored is an educational seminar “tailor-made” for the fashion and luxury industry, which is created as a response to the rapid growth of this industry in Greece, to address the ever-increasing needs, the vision and the innovative ideas of those working in this demanding market.

Luca is an all-round creative man, he writes, does brand consulting and is a perfume enthusiast – his Inspiritu fragrance line is distributed in the United States. Born in Tuscany, Luca moved to New York to work in the textile business but falls in love with acting.
The numerous international productions to which he participated include “To Rome with Love”, “The International” and “The Bold and the Beautiful”. Soon after Hollywood calls and Luca is chosen to star as a villain in Guy Ritchie’s highly stylized “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.” with Alicia Vikander and Armie Hammer. Among his upcoming projects is “The Durrells in Corfù”.

Elis Kiss is Fashion Features Director at Vogue Greece, a partnership forged by Kathimerini SA and Condé Nast International. She is also a writer at “K” magazine, the Sunday supplement of Kathimerini and former Arts Editor at Kathimerini English Edition, Greece’s only English-speaking print and online daily newspaper, published with the International New York Times in Greece and Cyprus. Over the years, Elis has covered the local fashion and luxury industries extensively. Through the high times of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games to the more challenging days of the recession, she has reported on the Greek capital turning into an international hub for global brands as well as the efforts made by Greek designers and companies to develop their businesses locally and abroad.
Elis is also a freelance contributor to a number of local and international publications, including the International Herald Tribune (now rebranded to the International New York Times) and Women’s Wear Daily. For two years she produced fashion reports for “Hellenic Weekly,” an ERT SAT television show. Prior to joining the Kathimerini media group, she became a privileged witness to the world of international fashion and luxury as assistant to Suzy Menkes, former fashion editor of the International Herald Tribune and currently International Editor at Vogue. Elis has lived in the UK, Italy and France.

Ida joined Deloitte Legal in 2018 heading IP and Technology practice in Milan. She has broad experience in assisting clients with intellectual property, information technology and data protection-related matters. Ida advises on internet rights and e-commerce, advertising and media with particular reference to the audiovisual market and social media issues. She is also actively involved with the Italian Fashion Chamber (Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana) and a member of its IP Commission and Influencer Marketing Commission (the only private practitioner among in-house counsels of the top Italian fashion brands).

She is the founder of the organization “Tailored: Law & Business in the Fashion & Luxury Industry”. She co-organized the 1st, 2nd and 3rd PanHellenic Fashion Law and Business Conference under the name “Fashioning the Law: Design – Protect – Trade – Mediate” and she has published articles on law in the field of fashion and luxury.

Mina is partner lawyer at the Zoulovits-Kontogeorgou Law Firm, specialized in Electronic Transaction Law and Personal Data Protection Policy. She has been specialized in data protection for over 15 years, providing consulting services that include both compliance assessments, decision-making strategy, implementation of procedures, drafting of important legal texts and legal handling of data breach. Her love for Architectural Visualization culminated when she worked at Fat Tony Studio and ever since she’s been fascinated in every way an idea can be captured in an image.
Margarita believes that a person is multi-faceted and is not only defined by one thing, as long as he does what he loves, that’s why, when she is not in front of the computer, she is out in the park training dogs.

During the Greek Presidency (first half of 2014), she was Vice-President of the European Council Working Group on Intellectual Property and a Communication Liaison for Greece on intellectual property issues. She has been Vice-President of the National Dialogue Committee on Copyright and Related Rights and on Public Performance, of the Ministry of Culture and Sports (2014) and has participated as a member of Legislative Committees on amending Law 2121/1993 on Intellectual Property.

Sara is an Italian lawyer specialised in IP law and advises a range of clients on their contentious and non-contentious IP needs. Sara started her career at Bird&Bird before moving to DLA Piper, then Herbert Smith Freehills. She has gained significant experience of assisting local and international clients in relation to trade marks, designs, unfair competition, patents, copyright and the protection of trade secrets. Sara assists clients with the general management of their IP portfolios in day to day business and with special projects and contentious cases.

She studied law at the University of Athens and continued her post-graduate studies (Master-DESS) in the field of industrial property law at the Faculty of legislative, political and sociological sciences of the University of Strasbourg (International Intellectual Property Centre (CEIPI)).
Since December 2017 she has the position of the Deputy Director General of the Hellenic Industrial Property Organization (OBI) in parallel with her duties as Director Legal Support.

In March 2019 she has been elected from the Administrative Council (AC) of EPO as a member of the Boards of Appeal Committee of the European Patent Organisation (BoAC) (for three years term).

In 9th August 2019 she has assumed duties of Acting Director General.

Ph.D., Department of Management, Science and Technology, Athens University of Economics and Business, Senior Researcher and an eCommerce Coordinator at the Electronic Business Laboratory – ELTRUN. She holds a degree in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Information Systems Analysis, Design and Management from the London School of Economics (LSE). Since 2010 she has been responsible for ELTRUN’s annual research on the behavior of online Greek consumers and social media users, as well as on the evaluation of Greek online stores. She has conducted a number of studies on Social Networking and E-Commerce. Her scientific work has been presented at national and international conferences.

Stelios Petridis has been active in the field of e-commerce and technology in general for more than a decade, having implemented some of the largest projects in the Greek market. He began his relationship with the web as a hobby in the online betting industry in 2007, and later took the position of eCommerce Manager at Wind Hellas helping launch wind.gr, f2g.gr, & myq.gr and establish online sales as a significant share of the company’s total sales. He has been a Marketing and Sales Officer in technology and telecommunications companies (Vodafone, Cosmote, Wind, Atcom), among other professional positions. At the same time, he has participated in various Digital projects, providing consulting services on digital transformation & eCommerce.

Έχω περάσει από τις μεγαλύτερες εκδοτικές εταιρείες (ΙΜΑΚΟ, ΑΤΤΙΚΕΣ, ΚΑΘΗΜΕΡΙΝΗ) και παρόλο που ξεκίνησα ως lifestyle editor, με αρκετές συνεντεύξεις στο βιογραφικό μου, στη συνέχεια έγινα beauty editor κι ενίοτε έγραφα και περί μόδας. Έχω κάνει διάφορες εμφανίσεις και στο ραδιόφωνο (BEST 92.6) αλλά και στην τηλεόραση (ΠΡΩΤΑΓΩΝΙΣΤΕΣ & JOIN US). Στα χρόνια της κρίσης τα άφησα όλα πίσω μου, ανεξαρτητοποιήθηκα έγινε content creator & social media manager για διάφορες εταιρείες. Καθότι ανήσυχο πνεύμα όμως, δημιούργησα το δικό μου blog – typemystyle.com – για να μπορώ να εκφράζομαι και τον τελευταίο ένα χρόνο έχω φτιάξει το δικό μου jewelry & fashion brand που ακούει στο όνομα “coco fico” και είμαι υπερβολικά περήφανη και χαρούμενη για αυτό μου το βήμα. Παρέα με αυτό το βήμα μπήκε κι επισήμως το e-commerce στη ζωή μου. Το μέλλον δεν ξέρω τι μου επιφυλάσσει και ποια άλλη ιδιότητα θα προσθέσω στο CV μου αλλά το σίγουρο είναι ότι εμένα η ταχύτητα των εξελίξεων με γεμίζει με διάθεση για δημιουργία και ζωή.
